Brittany does an amazing job coloring my blonde hair. Trust me this is hard to find, but I’ve always been happy with the way she colors my hair and the beautiful color it always turns out to be. Not only does she do a phenomenal job coloring my hair, she gives the best neck and head massage while toning and shampooing. She offers snacks and drinks and makes you feel so comfortable and welcome. Brittany is professional, friendly, and provides an amazing atmosphere. I look forward to going to her salon every time. Brittany was recommended by my stylist to install hand tied extensions. Scheduling my appointment was super easy and she even has a cancellation list if you are able to utilize that!! She text me the morning of my appointment to find out what kind of snacks and drink I like and had it on the station waiting for me!! . I loved everything about her salon, it’s so cute and cozy! She herself is amazing, I felt like I had known her forever! She makes you feel that comfortable!! Oh and ladies make sure you book that follow up the same day, she books up quick!! I can’t say enough about what an incredible experience I had with Brittany at Oak & Ivy. I visited her after multiple botched extension methods at another salon over the past couple of months. Brittany was prompt, knowledgeable and exceedingly professional. During our consult, Brittany quickly identified what was going wrong with my hand tied extensions and offered to work me in to correct them on the spot. There is no double booking at this salon and I left with perfect hair (in less than an hour) after going in with a mess. The location is adorable and Brittany is a joy to visit with while she works her hair magic. If you’re looking for extensions, I’d highly suggest Oak & Ivy locally over taking a risk elsewhere. I’m beyond impressed and thrilled that I came across this salon.

Edit: I added a photo to show that no crazy technique was asked for. That was a lie to make herself look better. The owner had more to say in this post than she did in texting me. I did ask for some clarification because I could not understand why. I was so confused, that I thought she potentially had the wrong person. I’ve only been to this salon a few times and just get blonde highlights. The only time I asked for more was when I asked her about doing brunette and sent the photos to her as explained below. Maybe it possibly offended her and made her think I didn’t like her work from doing the blonde? I ultimately decided on staying blonde but was met with this response. I am curious as to why when she did the blonde, that she didn’t mention this before. That leads me to believe it has to do with asking if she could do the brunette. I guess I will never know. But this to me is really weird and I’ve never dealt with something like this.

The owner is amazing!!! Brittany is one of a kind. I just had the best cut and color. I had an overall lightening and asked for a trim and curtain bangs. She went above and beyond! She picked a perfect shade of blonde for me and is very knowledgeable about colors and the health of hair.
