Critical: CleanlinessThis is not my usual go-to place but I desperately needed my nails done and my go-to place was closed. I typically don’t leave bad reviews because I know stuff happens and a lot of the time it’s out of the business’ control. I didn’t make an appointment so I waited a little over an hour to be seen. I didn’t mind because I knew not making an appointment was my bad and they were busy. But as I was waiting, I looked around and the place was really dirty. When I finally did get seated, my nail technician was SO rough I was wincing with pain the entire time. When I left my cuticle areas were red, swollen, and burning. It’s now two days later and I have scabs around my cuticles because of how rough he was. It was not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. I typically don’t leave bad reviews because I know stuff happens and a lot of the time it’s out of the business’ control. I didn’t make an appointment so I waited a little over an hour to be seen. I went in because I needed my nails done for a wedding dress appointment. I wanted them to look classy and cute. I asked for French tips and this man made the white at the top SO thick! It looks so bad and I wish I wouldn’t have come over here! Literally went to my car and cried. Gel manicures

Told the guy 3 times I wanted acrylics (I want acrylic set, “ok but we do dip on natural nail” no I want acrylic, “ok but we’ll do dip first then….”)and somehow ended up with dip…I’ve never done dip so by the time I realized what he was doing it was to late to change it. I came down from Columbia MO to visit my family for mother’s day and my daughter, Kristin, took me here to get my nails done. it was on a Saturday and many people were in with their moms getting nails done so there was quite a wait but it was totally worth it! I think Kelvin did my nails and they are gorgeous! He’s very nice and friendly. I was a little worried that he might do a rush job since the salon was so full and busy but he didn’t. He took his time and my gel nails are gorgeous! He even massaged my arms and hands after. The whole experience was wonderful and relaxing. I come home to see my daughters and family every 3 months, so I’ll definitely visit the salon every time I’m home.
