I have been going to Alexandra for my hair (cut, color, blowouts and updos) for about 7 years.I was so relieved to find someone close to my home where I could go to tame my curly mane. I love Alexandra so much that I have followed her to her own amazing salon in Yorktown where she and Lauren continue to provide amazing service and personal attention – I have never left there unhappy. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went here for a simple wash and blow dry . The person that did my hair either had no clue what she was doing or no interest in keeping me as a client. My 5 year old would of done a better job at it. Not only did she grease up my hair without asking if I wanted anything on my hair first .She did a horrible job with short , thin hair . Like really ??? Thus far the worse blown out I’ve gotten . Save yourself your time and $ and go someplace else . By the time I got home my hair was all frizzed up !!!
