HORRIBLE!!! Do not go here! I called ahead of time for a walk in appointment. Once I arrived, I was rushed and not even given the time to pick out a color on the nail wall. She told me to sit down as I struggled to look through colors as she worked on my nails. She said “short nails”? when i said no i want them long. I showed her a picture for reference and said i wanted BROWN or TAN nails and she pulled out pink polish and then I had her switch to a light beige!! I asked for spider web designs for Halloween that look like FLIES! They look like they were drawn on with sharpie, uneven, the gems aren’t even on the web and was extremely rushed! She did my service in maybe 25 minutes. Their website and door says 7:30 but they closed at 6:00! If you do not have time to perform a professional service, DO NOT TAKE THE CUSTOMER. They don’t even have prices on the wall and i was charged $77 for this not even including tip!!!! None of my friends want to go here now after seeing the poor work and being rushed. I am so disappointed in the poor unprofessional work and will never be back except for tomorrow to get my money back. The prices are also OUTRAGEOUS. The last picture is what i asked for except for BROWN

if I could wait zero I would $120 for this mess. all of the tips start in different places all of my nails are curved out the a** the nail tech Michelle was extremely rude and disrespectful saying next time make an appointment and she will have more time. Terrible experience for me and my mother. They were way too fast. Wasn’t relaxing or enjoyable in the least bit. The woman who did my nails did not do a good job. The color is messed up on my nails. I asked her multiple times if the color she was doing would match my toes and she said yes, they are completely different shades. Plus we were charged WAY too much for the service we got. I now have to go pay someone else to fix what they did and I feel completely ripped off. Just all around very disappointing. We will never come here again.

This was my first visit to the salon and I will not be coming back. When I arrived for my appointment the staff was rude. They told me to pick a color and I started looking at swatches on the wall where they pointed for them to ask if I wanted dip powder. I said, “no. I told you that I want acrylics with gel.” I was directed to the right set of swatches and was looking over them when I was directed to a chair and the woman, without speaking started working on my nails. A man came and took the swatches back to the wall. The process was rushed, my nails are crooked and much shorter than I wanted. The paint and design do not cover my entire nail bed, making it look like I need a fill already and they were just done yesterday. I told her repeatedly I wanted matte finish and even had her working from a photo the entire time where there was matte finish, but she covered my nails with a glossy top coat. When I pointed it out, she threw a quick layer of matte over top and it’s peeling off already. I paid extra for the shape, design, and matte coat – none of which came out right. I’m disappointed at the results and will not return. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that will treat you with respect and take their time to do a good job. This is not the place.

This place was great before the pandemic. When they reopened there was a totally different staff. I have been back 3 times for pedicures always with appointment, and every time waited over 30 minutes. Walk-in went ahead of me today, so strike 3.

First if I could give 0 stars I would I made an appointment for myself and a 10 year old for mani and pedi. I understand being short staffed. But that’s not the customers fault or problem so they could keep the attitude to themselves then I paid $100 for two pedicures only with regular polish and was told to pay before We got our manicures. Oh we’re sorry, me too I won’t be back basic nail polish for that price I’d rather drive to the city for those prices and better service

Decided to go here regardless of other reviews and boy should i have listened! I made an appointment online and they honored that when i showed up 10mins early they took me right away. As far as the service.. very aggressive to where it was painful, the nail art looks like a 5 year old did it, the overall process literally took only 20 mins. Nails are uneven and bumpy. The staff was very nice but the application and talent is lacking for this place to be charging what they are. I still paid full for ONLY a FILL for acrylics and it cost me $67 with a French tip and black accent line. I HAVE BEEN TO MANY PLACES AND NEVER HAVE I HAD TO PAY THAT MUCH FOR A FILL?!?
