The WORST nail experience I’ve ever had. He didn’t cover my whole nail with the acrylic, and when I commented on it he said it was ok. My nails are so thin they’re already coming off 3 days later. He painted them so bad that there’s spots not even covered. The painting process was so rushed and sloppy. The sides aren’t straight and they’re chipping off already. Met my cousins at this nail place. I am not from Lincoln. The employees are very rude. Not clean. My cousin got a pedi and they didn’t clean the tub out for the next person. The piercings aren’t the right sizes to start off with. Very sloppy. Wouldn’t even give a full star.

Worst nail salon I have EVER been to. The guy that did my nails didn’t listen to ANY of my request yesterday. ALL of my nails are CROOKED and DIFFERENT lengths. I told him numerous times to fix my crooked nails, after the 6th time I just gave up. I should have walked out. I spent 35$ (which isn’t expensive but i got what I paid for) on a full set with shellac. Both my middle finger nails are lifted and popped off. Never go here. I suggest you go to Leslee at FETISH NAILS. She takes her time, shapes them perfectly & it’s kind always. I highly recommend you NEVER GO TO OPT NAILS.

If I could give them zero stars I would, they were rude and extremely unprofessional. One of the workers was sleeping in one of the pedicure chairs, one of them was on their phone face timing somebody on speaker phone and it was ridiculously hot in there. While they were doing my nails they acted as if they could not use words and simply ask me if I could lift my fingers up instead of rudely shoving my hand up several times until i realized what she wanted me to do. It smelled horrible inside, like old wet laundry has been sitting out all week. Also, my right hand nails are longer than all the nails on my left hand and my middle finger on my left hand was very crooked and unevenly filed down on one side and the nail polish is not fully on my nails so they look ridiculous all around. Please DO NOT waste your money and time here, you’ll thank me later!

I’ve got fungus under my toenail. This is the only place I’ve been, so it was easy to pinpoint where I got it from I specifically asked them if they used liners on their foot bath. He told me no he’s been there 20 years blah blah blah. Flag went up I should’ve walked out then, but I needed my toenails done. I am turning them into the health department this is the second time that this is happened to me at this place. The first time I did not realize what it was, because I had never had it before.

Got my nails done for prom 3 years ago. Not only were they smudged WHILE my nails were being done, they’d chipped as well and none of the techs did anything about it. I suggest people take their money elsewhere.
