I got a fill and it’s literally the worst fill I have ever had. The wife was doing my nails and someone’s pedicure at the same time. The husband drilled my nails and she painted them . You can literally see where my nails were grown out the last time because he didn’t file enough. Absolutely worst nails I have ever gotten. And her lines for my French tips were jagged

I asked for a white to black ombré and they said they could do it. The lady got my acrylic on and tried to do one nail before calling someone over to tell me she couldn’t do it. Then she said she’d give me black nails with jewels and i mentioned multiple air bubbles a few times before leaving but they weren’t as bad as they were the next morning. When i called the next day saying i just wanted my money back they said they’d redo them. I politely told them i really didn’t want them to do them again, i wanted to go somewhere else. They said no and i went in the next day to get them redone. They were better looking but lasted less than 1.5-2 weeks. the pics are the night/morning after i left. never went again.

The older women was very annoyed removing my gel, began by peeling it before I asked her to please remove it correctly. The other woman then took over. She rushed rushed entire process. Barley clipped my cuticles and didn’t even cut or reshape my nails. It was as if she didn’t even try to make them look good. Rolled her eyes at me when I pointed out flaws (bubbles and nail polish excess) it was just a poor job she did but told me it’s out of her control. How? If it was the nail polish I selected, then they should not keep old polish, that’s their lack of updating product and not my fault. She refused to redo it and only offered an additional cover. Such a disappointment. I went in on a Tuesday afternoon and even though I was the only customer the entire time, it felt as if they were rushing to just get done. There was no interaction, no pleasantries, no attempts to even speak to me. Bad mood? I was never given a price list, however the price was essentually what I expected. Unfortunately the quality of work was not. I had a mani/pedi, which the two (husband & wife) did simultaneously. There was little to no attention to my cuticles, which shows in the picture (taken 3 days later- my toes look worse). I always choose gel polish, which is more expensive, but usually worth it as it will last for weeks on me. Not this time. With the lack of attention to my cuticles, coupled with the paint job being done up on top of them, the polish began peeling once a few days had past. Now I’ve got nicely peeling polish, both on my fingers & toes. Complete waste of $75.

I paid $40 to get the highest quality treatment and instead (like all the others spas) my visit was disappointing. I actually counted the amount of time she spent massaging my feet and legs with her stones. It was a total of 10 seconds! I recently moved to Chico from San Diego and for some reasons all the pedicure places I have visited (3 in total) have been subpar in service. OP Nails and Spa is no exception. I paid $40 to get the highest quality treatment and instead (like all the others spas) my visit was disappointing. We love this place because they consistently give us nice pedicures. I do shiatsu so it’s important to have nice looking feet! They always go above and beyond with giving my daughter all the extras like flower art and the little flip flops. There’s never a wait which is always a plus! Pedicure
