O P Nails

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAs a woman who loves getting her nails done, it’s not always easy finding an amazing salon. Iv found some great nail techs in the last few years but not a consistent tech. Iv found myself getting a pedicure at one salon and my manicures at another salon.When I first came to OP nails this year, Toki did the best pedicure and French tip I have ever had in my life. When I get my full set acrylic with length and shape I don’t have to correct my nail tech. She just knows exactly what to do and makes my nails perfect. From glow in the dark nails, to ombré, to bling – they do it all. The nails are not lumpy or thick or uneven. They are perfect. My three daughters love coming here and the salon is very accommodating. The salon is clean and up to date with current COVID standards. The prices are very reasonable. This is my new nail home. Positive: Professionalism, PunctualityFirst time here! But not the last! Fiona did an amazong job! I showed her a picture of what i wanted and thats exactly what i got! 100% satisfied thank you Fiona! I was in an out within an hr and 30 min. I went in for a pedicure and fullset and both services went great! Love love love how the shape came out! Im usually very picky about that but Fiona knew what she was doing! Critical: QualitySo I’ve been coming here since I was in middle school, I’m 20 now. I started off with Tiffany but she left this previous July, and the new staff is just terrible. They give rushed massages, they don’t care about what package you get they will rush you out of the chair I bought the deluxe pedicure per usual came at 9:36am and now it’s 9:52 and it’s not a full deluxe package. So I’ve been coming here since I was in middle school, I’m 20 now. I started off with Tiffany but she left this previous July, and the new staff is just terrible. They give rushed massages, they don’t care about what package you get they will rush you out of the chair I bought the deluxe pedicure per usual came at 9:36am and now it’s 9:52 and it’s not a full deluxe package.
