I wish I could give zero stars.Me and my mom went.the lady didnt do good job on me.it burned, sting,and she left glue on my cutiel and she didn’t even push them back.my moms nails were done by a guy which he didn’t even do right like at all.her nail were not polished all the way.her nails like broken and they hurt her.This is her 5th time getting her nails done.even my nails hurt cause of how much she pulled me. My mom and my nails didn’t even get the nails filled in all the way.I don’t want this experience ever again.never go.

The man is rude! He has cut my cuticles the last 2 times I’ve been. I have had to wait a good 30 min while he and his wife ate their lunch or finish watching the tv. They choose how much they want to charge you. I never pay the same every time I’ve gone in. Wont be going back! Acrylic nails

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueY’all please don’t go here. The guy who did my nails was extremely rude. Didn’t even talk to me, was yanking my hand super aggressive every time I was pulling my hand away because he was using the filing gun too hard and kept hitting the skin which caused the sides of my fingers to burn. He then slathered on the shellac and brushed me away after I was done. Just sooo rude. Also don’t ever call because they won’t answer the phone. Didn’t even talk to me, was yanking my hand super aggressive every time I was pulling my hand away because he was using the filing gun too hard and kept hitting the skin which caused the sides of my fingers to burn. Critical: QualityCame here to have my nails done with my daughters they where very rude and my nails where way to thick when pointed out they never even offered to fix them and still charges full price overall experience way not enjoyable at all will not return . Very efficient family run salon. They do my nails every 2 weeks. They remember what I like and always do a good job. Hard working dedicated business owners. This is not just a job for them, it’s their life. Both their daughter’s help out when needed too. I’ve been to many different salons in a pinch, but I always come back here when I can.

!!THIS PLACE DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!! So I went here to get my nails done for my vacation I was going to 3 days later. The man was very rough and rude, he was rushing me out the door when I went in 2 hours before they closed. As soon as I left, $55 later, I went over to Walmart for 10 minuets and when I got back into the car the gold strip was already off. I went back the next day and just told them to file the design off and just leave them plain and they were still rude (expect the young girl is very nice). Fast forward, JUST ONE WEEK, 3 nails broke off, and the other ones were ALREADY LIFTING. I’ve never wrote a review for anywhere, I work in costumer service, but this was ridiculous. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! My nails only last one week and I was so upset because I only had them on for a couple of days on vacation!!

I have been going to other nail salons in Altus, but most are closed on Sundays. I haven’t been to OP in a long time. I was so impressed with my pedicure. I have found my new salon. Thanks OP for taking such good care of me!!
