Critical: Cleanliness, QualityFirst time coming here was yesterday, the couple were very friendly. Customer service was great. I paid for a manicure and pedicure/gel polish. They were not done properly I’m highly upset I paid $71 for this. Because I walked out unsatisfied. My gel polish is lumpy. The tools that were used were unsanitized!!!!! And I have a red itchy rash on top of my foot. I don’t like talking down on other businesses. But the rash got me. I know I should of said something right away but nancy was so innocent and nice I didn’t want to come off disrespectful although this was a very unhealthy experience for me. First time coming here was yesterday, the couple were very friendly. Customer service was great. I paid for a manicure and pedicure/gel polish. They were not done properly I’m highly upset I paid $71 for this. Because I walked out unsatisfied. My gel polish is lumpy. The tools that were used were unsanitized!!!!! There is acrylic stuck to my cuticles and polish all over my cuticles as well as polish on my toes, that’s not even on the nail but on my actual skin. The polish is very uneven, streaky and lumpy. I will never go here again. I’ve been here several times in the past, and the service has always been good as well as the nails I had done. However this most recent time, my nails look horrendous. There is acrylic stuck to my cuticles and polish all over my cuticles as well as polish on my toes, that’s not even on the nail but on my actual skin. The polish is very uneven, streaky and lumpy. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis charming couple do a great job. They don’t talk much, but do a great job and make you feel very comfortable and welcome. I went with a girlfriend, I got shellac just painted & paint was all over my fingers, the boss made me do too much drying so the gel hardened & that was all over my fingers. The paint all ripped off in a day. My girlfriend got a full set & wanted just white nails, the shape wasn’t what she wanted & the paint they used crackled & she asked them to stop & take off the paint & still made us pay full price even though we were both unsatisfied.TERRIBLE work.
