O P Nails

Critical: QualityThe guy that works there is very rude, as he was doing my nails, he was answering the phone and talking bad about the customers as they hung up, told me that person was too picky and don’t tip. Blew off several customers that he didn’t like He picks and chooses customers ..I got a full set and they started to peal off 2 days later, none of the nails were even. He kept trying to push gel, I said NO like 10 different times. Even with regular polish, it should last longer then 2 days. Recently, I wanted a nail fixed, he was sitting there without any customers and I was blown off. The man said he doesn’t have time, yet no one in the shop, I ask if I could make an appointment and he said he doesn’t make appointments for nails that need fixed. I’ll take my business elsewhere, I’m surprised he has any customers at all.
