Cathy was horrible! She smelled horrid. She did not apologize for all of the bleeding, and told me it was not her fault I was bleeding. Then Cathy proceeded to ask for my ssn when I was trying to pay for my nails. She then yelled at me when I said no, saying they needed it. That was not happening! As I tried to leave this sketchy salon, Cathy offered me a Brazilian wax. I said NO CATHY NO! Never going back!

I went in there to get nails for homecoming and after I made an appointment 2 months in advance I went there to see Lynn and Cathy told me that my asking for Lynn was unacceptable and said she must do my nails. She proceeded to tell me that my fingers were too large for nails and threatened to cut my toes off if I didn’t stop moving. I saw atleast 7 roaches crawl across the wall in the process. When I asked her to fix my nails at the end, she took the stool she was sitting on and chased me out of the store with it. 10/10 experience, loved the thrill!!! Will return!

I’ve been to this place many times because there aren’t many options in the area, but honestly, I don’t know why I keep going back. I always have a horrible experience. I always make an appointment, yet I usually end up waiting 30 minutes before they’ll even bring me back. This time I had a mani/pedi. My toenails look okay, but the fingernails just look sloppy. They’re all different lengths, you can see each layer of polish, and there are gaps all around the polish on every finger. Before I left it already looked grown out and old, like it needed to be retouched. I wanted to make a good first impression on my first day at a new job on Monday, but I hope no one looks too closely at my nails. They look like I wanted to look my best and couldn’t even manage to look nice. Don’t waste your time coming to this salon! Just do your own nails – however long it takes you and however bad it looks will be better than whatever this place can produce.

I always enjoy my time with Kathy, Lynn and Lena!! My nails always look great and I receive compliments on them all the time. They are very busy all the time and that is because they are that good. They are very good with communication, and scheduling your appointment is always the best route to go and I have never had a problem. They have women that do manicures and another that do pedicures, and when they have to do both services they just do it all. They have never been rude with anyone. If there is a problem with your nails, they will fix it and if you don’t want to let them correct the issue, then obviously its not really a problem for you. Not too many people wouldn’t want the problem corrected if it’s truly a honest problem. I have witnessed the lengths these women will go to accommodate the customers and I have also witnessed how many hours nonstop they work to take care of their clients. I have had my nails done by them all and they always give 100% every time and I have been going there for over 5 years now. Thank you so much ladies for the great services that you always provide!!!

If I could give this less than 1 I would. I had an appointment scheduled and waited an extra 1.5hr for them to get me in while they took walk ins before me then paid 83 for a basic pedicure and a polish change on my 5yr old. My nail wasn’t even completely painted and they didnt do anything to the cuticles

Also they do NOT have proper license displayed looked all over salon nothing so I asked Cathy and she told me she doesn’t have to show me anything……,hmmmm makes you wonder if they are even legal.When I asked for my money Cathy agreed but when I went to pick up my $120 she said she couldn’t give it to me unless she took a copy of my driver license….well that was not happening so I guess I will eat the $120 I hope they sleep better knowing they run an illegal business. I have been to this salon on multiple occasions over the past two years, and have always had decent, albeit not stellar, service. This morning I was reading other reviews and was really surprised by some of them, and decided to go anyway for a routine pedicure. Big mistake. I have had hundreds of pedicures, and worked as a receptionist in two different salons, and this was the worst pedicure I have ever seen. I did not want to potentially ruin the experience for the other patrons today, so I did not voice this in person, but have since called to complain.
