O P Nails

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI love this location! They’re very good at what they do! They go all out on nail art & complete my vision always! Prices are great, shops clean & get you in & out! They’re nice & listen to what you want. Last time I was in their assistant helping was horrible, she filed my skin, drilled my nail bed/side skin, basically tore my nails all up, & it wasn’t from lack of teaching the woman showed her multiple times what to do on my fingers (how to file coffin shape) she just wasn’t listening, the woman even told her she’d done someone else last week & they were good, but the girl acted like she didn’t remember hell the woman would show then tell her to do & she’d repeat it wrong, that’s the only complaint I have! The assistant was Noelle so watch out & request she don’t do it! Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI went here several times and the line was so long BUT if someone came they knew or was known it the community they would go ahead and do their nails. Also the lady there is rude, she would try to be rude to me in front of other costumers. She always had something rude to say to me to make me feel bad. I stopped going there and would never step foot back in that place!!! I went here several times and the line was so long BUT if someone came they knew or was known it the community they would go ahead and do their nails. Also the lady there is rude, she would try to be rude to me in front of other costumers. She always had something rude to say to me to make me feel bad. I stopped going there and would never step foot back in that place!!! Far as I am concerned if you act that way to a person that comes there regularly or anybody you dont need a bussiness.
