I love OP Nails. My sister and I got our nails and pedicure done with gel polish. The ladies and gentlemen are quick. They are very curtious. The place is very clean. They have TV for customer to watch and listen to country music videos. We we drop ins & they were able to get us done in no time. If you want a great place to go for manicure and pedicure stop in. You be glad you did.

The people were very friendly but my matte had bubbles in it, when i washed my hands or showered i lost a few spots but when i bathed the paint peeled off in big spotches, I only had it for a few days. I had to pay extra for pointed tips and matte and each design and im quite disapointed.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI called to book an appointment. They had no customers. I was in the parking lot. I got in. The man started my pedicure with cutting my cuticle—painful. Then he cut my nails so short I was in pain. He did a short, sloppy job on my pedicure before he gave me a base coat and immediately began to apply color, which did not stick, so he bulked up the application. He then got the color on my cuticles and it was not even. It kept getting worse. I finally stopped him and had him remove the color. He had not even colored the tips. I called to book an appointment. They had no customers. I was in the parking lot. I got in. The man started my pedicure with cutting my cuticle—painful. Then he cut my nails so short I was in pain. Jackie does a good job he is the best there he may not be as friendly but he does good work. Been there three times don’t get the manager to do your nails she does not do nails well. Also constantly ask her for your nails price because she will change it. Do not pay in any type of card there they will charge extra without your permission. (Always pay in cash!!!!) Me and my friend went yesterday and got our nails done it was supposed to be $62 they charged us an extra $10 for tips. Not very sanitary I don’t get pedicures there because of that.

Wanted a natural looking acrylic set, I ended up getting a completely clear one and you could see my nails under so I had to buy a nude polish and a map to go over it to make it blend together. But the shape and that acrylic that they did do was done very well and has stayed on even with me being hard on them.

Love getting my nails done here!! The salon is so clean and cute!! They always do a great job and rarely leave any air bubbles or anything in my nails. They really do a great job whether it’s for prom, weddings, or just an every day cute nail ❤️ 10/10 would recommend this salon to my friends (and I have)

Did an awful job at painting and shaping nails. Very rushed work not pleased at all. Also the next day our nails were popping off left and right. I get my nails done regularly other places and have never had this problem. Will not be back!
