Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI love coming here. Great customer service- they greet me by name, and always honor my appointment time. Online booking makes it very easy to reserve an appointment. I usually get a gel pedicure and I have liked every technician I’ve had. They pay attention to detail here. The hot stone massage is my favorite part, they don’t rush it. Social distancing, masks- the pandemic is taken seriously here. Also no chemical smell, TV’s, or other distracting elements. I love coming here. Great customer service- they greet me by name, and always honor my appointment time. Online booking makes it very easy to reserve an appointment. I usually get a gel pedicure and I have liked every technician I’ve had. They pay attention to detail here. The hot stone massage is my favorite part, they don’t rush it. Critical: Quality, ValueOne of the worst manicures I have had. Not only did the technician cut me, which granted can happen, but the rest of service was terrible. I actually feel like my hands look worse after appointment. She asked, do you want only a little bit shorter, and I said “yes, but only a tiny bit”. Next, “do you want it square?” I said: “sort of, but I want the edge to be rounded”. I look away to my phone, and the technician proceeds to cut my nails. I honestly shouldn’t have looked away. After cutting off one nail, what is the point of keeping the rest of them. So here I am, 30 dollars lighter with short, SQUARE, nails, with bits of cuticles and skin still attached to my fingertips. I became increasingly frustrated and told her not to put any polish on. I did not go to get a manicure for the sake of massage. I want a quality job. I would have even forgiven the length issue or the shape if at least the cuticle was removed correctly. But instead I am left with the aesthetics I do not enjoy, a small cut, and chunks of skin/ cuticle around my finger tips. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I am incredibly irritated. One of the worst manicures I have had. Not only did the technician cut me, which granted can happen, but the rest of service was terrible. I actually feel like my hands look worse after appointment.
