So I came here today after O nail salons. And to my surprise, this first experience at O Nails was great! My first impression of this place was that it’s really nice! I loved the cozy atmosphere and the clean organized setups! Also, everyone here was nice and welcoming! The workers kept asking me how I was doing and if there was anything else they can do to make my experience better. I had my nails done very quickly and they made no mistakes! All tools were fresh and sterilized. More importantly, my nails look fantastic! They are even and the polish is perfect on both my nails and toes! Beyond great service, there is a very calming relaxed tone here. This is now my new favorite nail place! Thank you again for being so welcoming to us today!

I had been going to this shop for a few years, while Angela was still the manager. I decided to have a party with my bridesmaids here for my wedding. I paid a pretty decent amount and come to the agreement that the shop would close for the remainder of the evening since we rented the space for our nail wedding party. Well, they kept taking people, after asking them multiple times what the deal was they finally stopped taking in additional customers. The person they had doing my nails injured my finger so it was all cut up and painful for my wedding day and honeymoon. Even if this event wasn’t awful – they just aren’t the same after Angela left. Took forever for a pedicure and fill, skillset was not there, not necessarily the nicest either. Not worth your time or money in my opinion.

Be aware hidden fees!!!! Mixed feelings. Someone recommended this place. Dip set -$40 was told over phone, when done they said $50 to pay, bcoz $45 set and $5 for shaping my nails!!! I was like whaaat?! This was the only and first nail place I was charged $5 for shaping my nails. I don’t know how else they were supposed to finish up the set without shaping nails.

The manager, Angela is the greatest nail tech I’ve met! She really knows her craft. On top of that, she remembers her customers, what they like, their family…everything. She makes my 90 minutes fly by with great conversation. I get a dip manicure and regular pedicure…but pedi is done every other time…polish change in btwn. I never have to wait when I make an appointment and she suggests nail color because she knows what I like. She is also a wizard with eyebrow shaping. She won’t do something just because she will.get paid to do it…if it won’t look right, she will tell you…if you don’t need a pedi that day and only a polish change, she will tell you. Im simple but Ive seen her nail art amd it’s amazing also. Even when I move back to the city Im still coming to Mokena every 2 weeks to Ang…she’s that good.
