Accepted my walk in on a late Saturday afternoon. It’s Monday and my acrylic has a hole in it. I had the lady Kim and she listened and tried getting my look right. It was the convince for me. Unsure if I would return due to the distance from my employer.

I needed to get new acrylics and a pedicure prior to my bachelorette party. I’m new to the area, so this was my first time in. The ladies were very nice and I had a great experience in the salon. However, within two days my gel acrylic chipped and my toenail polish completely came off a few of my toes. I have never had my pedicure chip this quickly and I’m very disappointed especially because they are a little bit pricier. I’m not sure if I will be coming back unfortunately. I really liked them during the service.

The nail tech did a dip manicure that was absolutely terrible. Had to as the nail tech to redo the job and even then it was not good. The shape of the nails were not symmetrical at all. Then the polish was not applied evenly so it was lumpy and thick on the tips. The polish/gel was not smooth for the French tip arch and under the nails. I have been getting my nails done for years and this was the worst job ever.

First time here after a recommendation and I loved it. Very friendly and they take their time todo it right. Had a full set and a pedicure done. Great pricing. And they make you feel comfortable. Vattey is a great nail tech.

I went to Kim twice. The first time I thought she did an ok job. The second time, my nails chipped in days, were sharp, uneven, didn’t shine, and a few even cracked within the week. Upon going to another salon for my next fill, for the first time in getting my nails done for over 10 years, I had a FUNGUS! I was appalled. This is the worst nail experience I have ever had.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueBefore vacation I got my nails done here at O Nail spa, I had a simple pedi and dip powder extensions appointment. The nail tech Kim did my nails & pedi. I had a great experience with the Pedi, but when she did my nailsshe filled too far down to my natural nails hurting me and I asked her if she could make them longer and she made them all uneven. When it came to the color I wanted she told me I shouldn’t do it and should just do a French tip.When she did the dip powder for the French tip she rushed through it making them all uneven and ugly looking. The nails now were so uneven and long not at all what I wanted. she did not listen to me when I wanted them a different style and she totally ignored the reference pictures I showed her for the shape and color.I called and complained about the service and they gave me attitude on the phone and did not care if I was unhappy or not. Positive: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI decided to try O Nail Spa out after having a not great experience at another spa & I loved it! They really take their time and do a great job. They got me started as soon as I came in, no wait at all. Prices are very reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend!

Vattey and her staff are incredibly kind, professional, and very clean as well as her shop! Absolutely love O Nails!! Everyone there is super friendly and makes sure you get exactly what you want. I’ve had multiple nail techs and have been 100% satisfied each time! They fix mistakes and listen to what you have to say. Polish lasts forever, I can get 3+ weeks with the gel polish. Fair price as well, and they always accommodate walk ins. I highly recommend them!
