When I need a massage to relieve the knots and tightness in my shoulders, O Chi is the place I go to. I’ve been there several times and continue to go at least once a month. The massage therapists are experienced and know what they’re doing. Each massage therapist has their own technique but they know how to trigger your problem spots, and use the amount of pressure you ask for. Sometimes they try to get you to add on the foot massage for an additional $10.00, but you can just decline it.

Horrible experience. I had a foot and body massage done at the same time and had to quit in the middle of it all. I asked multiple times to apply pressure to my feet or rub them or my ankles, something, but was ignored. The woman kept wiping the bottom of them over and over again and did not touch anywhere else on my feet. The man doing the body massage had no idea what he was doing and was basically just laying on me and applying his body weight without doing any type of massage or reflexology. They tried to still charge me full price even though I had them stop at the halfway mark. I ended up paying what I was supposed to and didn’t cause a scene but I’d never go back.

This place is a scam! My husband bought me a certificate for our anniversary in June. When I tried to use it, the manager said it’s not accepted because of a new owner. The business has the same name, business cards and employees. They charged me and now I’m out the money from the gift card. Shades besides pushy people.

Had a horrible hip and leg pain so bad I could hardly stand or walk .Had a back and foot massage letting the woman know the source of area were my pain was .She worked it out so well that within a few days I had no serious problems since . Previously I even went to the ER for it and had a CAT scan and an ultrasound trying to figure out was the source was with no helpful results .

Right before one of them became freed up, another customer walked in and sat down to wait. The freed up employee asked both of us what we’d like (me a 15 minute chair massage and her a 30 minute table massage) and took her immediately while I was left to wait even longer. 30 minute wait only to be passed over for someone getting a longer massage.
