Positive: QualityI am so pleased with the service I received today. I went in for a 1 hour reflexology and ended up adding on an additional massage because it was just that heavenly!!!!A few things to note: they don’t speak English very well. This doesn’t bother me as I’m used to living and traveling to other countries where of course, they speak their native language so I’ve had to adjust accordingly.I do believe it will be beneficial for them to learn basic words to better serve customers but I didn’t need to say much if anything at all during my massage because the gentleman who serviced me was exceptional at reading my body language.Also, they will try to up sell you which I accepted. I enjoy having people sell me things. If you don’t want whatever they’re offering simply say “no thank you”. They will probably ask again because that’s their job.This will now be my go to spot! Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismWent there twice and left twice without getting a massage. First time I waited and they said someone will be coming in 15 minutes to give me a massage. 20 mins later still no one. Lady said oh yea 15 more mins they will be here. After waiting another 15 I just left. Second time, no one was in the store, waited for 10 mins and left. Stopped at a few store and came back around to check 20 mins later still no one. Positive: ProfessionalismThe Appleton location within the Fox River Mall was the first place I ever had any sort of massage. I do enjoy the guy I often get’s firmer pressure, which would probably be uncomfortable to a fair amount of people. Have even taken my close freind there and she also enjoyed the chair massage.
