I got my dip nails (from another salon) off and acrylic done. My technician was Anna. She removed my dip nails manually compared to soaking. It got pretty painful and definitely wasn’t super healthy for my nails. However once my old nails were off she did a phenomenal job shaping and following my reference image. She would periodically make sure I liked the length and shape before moving forward. Overall I really enjoyed the experience and will be going back. I think that the other salon did a pretty bad job and she was just trying to start fresh. I’d say 4.5 if I could.

The staff is really friendly, and the service is so nice. You have to book an appt, but they have plenty of openings. I got my eyebrows done and a pedicure which was really good, but they don’t really get done on the feet so I have to give them 4 stars. They could do better with that.

So glad to have found this salon. Really professional, clean and super friendly. My nails look so great and this will definitely be my permanent spot. I am basic mani with gel polish and they look perfect and at the end of 2 weeks I could have waited a few more days but just wanted to go back for the nice relaxing experience. My tech didn’t seem interested in doing my nails at all. She never introduced herself and kept mentioning her next appointment, so clearly she wanted me done as soon as possible. I ask for a design and she told me it was too much work and cost to much money. So I asked for a more simple design and my nails look horrible. The acrylic is SO thick and I’m nails are sore. The tech made me feel uncomfortable and I didn’t like being treated like I couldn’t afford the service I’m asking and obviously expecting to pay for. I asked for a full set and pedi but declined the pedi because I didn’t want to pay another dime for the service I was given. I saw great reviews and thought this would be an ideal place but I was wrong. I’m sure there are some great techs here but in my 15years in the beauty industry I have never experienced such rudeness. It was such a great experience for my first time on a very busy Friday (Valentines Day). They provide coffee, tea, water and candy while you wait . The atmosphere is quiet and very clean. The nail techs are nice and friendly and took their time to service me. I will definitely come again.
