I discovered this place randomly and wanted to try it out because I’m always in the neighborhood. I’m so glad that I found this salon because Priscilla did wonders to my hair. She made it go from dull and unimpressive to something flattering and very attractive for my face. She was very communicative and was responsive to my thoughts on getting a mini hair transformation. Most of all, I appreciated her input given her expertise. I could see she’s a person who loves what she does and was incredibly meticulous while working on my hair. Every application, every stroke, and every movement was carefully plotted and executed. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing some TLC for their hair.

It is a beautiful salon with some of the best stylists and colorists. I travel from outside of NYC to get my hair cut and colored here and would not go anywhere else. I get compliments on my hair all the time and recommend NYC The Team to everyone. Hana and Priscilla do wonders for my hair. Not only is it a beautiful salon, they also use top notch products. I am always looking forward to my visits and can’t wait for next time!

The best for brunettes!! I only trust Kim with my color. If you’re brunette and you have trauma from colorists who took you too chestnut or mahogany when you really wanted rich chocolate, multi-tonal brown, go to Kim. She will reverse your trauma and change your hair’s life like she did mine. Also best location across from Ralph’s coffee and fun shopping for after the salon.

I went to the salon for a men’s haircut. Matthew is amazing and did a great job. Very technically proficient, beautiful texture and layering. He really has a way of understanding you and your needs and customizing a perfect look. He is courteous, kind and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be coming back as a regular client. Also, the space is very cool and in a great Flatiron location.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Michelle and Paulina are the dream team! Michelle is the best of the best when I comes to color and Paulina’s haircuts are beautiful! OBSESSED with both of them! The salon is gorgeous and all the assistants and Front desk staff are wonderful! I can’t recommend this place enough!!

She has the magic touch and no one does it like her! I did the leg work to all the “it” salons like a true Goldilocks before finding my perfect match.
