I’ve been going here for a while now and have had 3 sessions of laser hair removal so far and my results are superb. I don’t have to barely shave anymore and it’s helped with my Ingrown hairs tremendously. I would highly recommend this place and the prices are so affordable. All the staff has been super nice and professional. You can tell the technicians know what they are doing and they are so thorough each time and consistent. I always enjoy going bc it’s also so clean and beautifully decorated!

Honestly don’t go here ! Please don’t !save your money and your time ! I have been doing laser for 2 years with Ideal image and I have had fantastic results. I know what laser is like and how it works. I have had laser hair treatments done on my underarms , full Brazilian , upper lip , chin and lower legs there. Because they are a little on the expensive side , I decided to get a Groupon and get my thighs and feet lasered here. On these areas of my body, the hair is thinner and less noticeable . On my first appointment, the laser tech barely made any eye contact with me or spoke to me whatsoever . It was one of the most uncomfortable treatment sessions ever, but because I paid for the treatment, I decided to continue with my appointments. Mind you this place was 30 minutes away from me one way . On my second appointment, I didn’t get to shave the night before because of a busy work day, but I had shaved the day before that one .When I went in, the blonde tech there that I had that day said the hair on my thighs was too big and she wasn’t going to laser me. She literally refused to laser me and said she won’t do it, and made me reschedule. It was ridiculous considering I already paid for my Sessions . I don’t know if they were treating me that way because I was using a Groupon or not but the Customer service of the actual technicians was honesty disgusting ( aside from the lady and gentleman at the front desk, they were very professional ). I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy ! I was so disgusted by this place that I decided to cancel all of my appointments even though I had paid for a year worth of treatments. Terrible experience ! Stay away !
