LOVE this place!! Everyone from front desk to technicians were super professional and very accommodating. There prices are super affordable and the quality and was superb! I’ve had 4 sessions so far and don’t have to shave barely at all anymore. It’s so worth it if your thinking about it. I also got a chemical peel before summer and my skin peeled a lot and looked amazing after. I do know they use the best lasers bc I saw results after just one treatment. I highly recommend this place.

Every time I have walked into Nyah Medspa the front desk has been very welcoming and nice. Every time I have questions regarding my treatment or need to reschedule, the front desk is super helpful and willing to help me. During my consultation, the laser technician was very informative and thorough. During my treatments, the laser technicians have done a great job and make me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment! The facility is very clean, and I have had great results so far. I am not even fully done with my treatments and am barely growing any hair! Overall great experience and environment!

So I took my time to give this business an honest review. First and foremost, prices are not fair nor reasonable. I did not learn this until I found a different laser spot, closer to my home. Example, if you wanted to get your full legs done, that would be considered 5 areas. What? Why?! Well because the owner believes the calves are 2 areas, the knees 1, and upper thighs another 2. So for this. You will pay 275$. Do not be fooled by their “specials” it’s the same old recycled prices. Never actually a special. Scroll through their Instagram and see that every week, the “special prices” are all the same and 5-10$ difference varying weekly. On top of that, the last bundle I bought, normally you pay for 8 sessions, they cut down to 6 to make more profit. When I reached out to say, this is unfair, you’ve always had 8 sessions never 6, they said it was the owners discretion to change the policy but it is now back to 8. If I leave a review they will give me an additional “small” session. I see reviews are low which is why they must be pushing for them. Overall, I did see results with the laser, but businesses management and ethics of this establishment is the reason for my low rating.

I WAS BURNED BADLY IN SEVERAL AREAS!!!!! I bought a groupon for laser hair removal. After my fourth treatment I told them I was not seeing any results and asked if there was a different type of laser I could use; they told me of course we will make a note and your last four treatments will be with another type of laser. The fifth treatment they used the same old laser but just increased the power. On my last visit it was turned up so high it went from feeling like I was being cattle prodded in the genitals to feeling like I was being electrocuted. I kept jumping off of the table. Now I have badly burned areas and an extreme amount of pain. I still have two visits left but I will NEVER go back there again. It wasn’t until I found another hair removal place that I learned laser hair removal doesn’t have to be this painful. Don’t waste your money here because you will end up spending more money to go somewhere else. Also, my visit with Danielle was a waste, I spent more time in the waiting area then on treatment. She didn’t go over the whole area which I felt was a waste of one treatment. I had also asked in the beginning to be scheduled with only two people I listed. The front desk person said she would make a note in my chart to only be scheduled with those two people but that never happened either.

I have been going to aloharetta amd Johns creek location and everyone is always super nice and professional. Both places are always so clean and pretty! My results just after 3 treatments with 3 left to go are amazing. I haven’t shaved in weeks and barely have any hair left. The technicians are super knowledgeable and consistent! I just got the Black Friday Special ( prices are amazing) After my first session I have already noticed such a huge difference! The hair growth is slower and there’s already places that the hair has stopped growing. Definitely the time to go with this special you get two extra sessions and can’t be the prices. I had Bri when I went in and she did my underarms, happy trail, brazilian, AND legs in literally less than 10 minutes!! Definitely go and ask for Bri!
