The first time I went to get my nails done was extremely happy. Went today very upset with the nails gel is too thick look fake very lumpy and not fully polished on sides nails uneven. Even my husband said they were ugly and he has never ever said anything about my nails even from the worst places I have been to. Had an appointment with sandy and when i walked in she gives me to someone not good customer service . Sorry wont go back and will tell my friends, lost a customer. HORRIBLE service

Critical: Professionalism, QualityOwner was very rude today. The one guy did the wrong color on my nails and then wouldn’t fix it after telling him it’s the wrong color 3 times and cut my finger really bad. I have never had a issue before but I will not be back!

The worst manicure and service. Within hours my nails were peeling and chipping. My nails look terrible and it hasnt even been a week. Gel is suppose to last 2 weeks. The person who did my nails never said more than two words to me and was very rough. Cut my skin multiple times and filed my nails without asking how I would like the length or style.

First time being here, the customer service was amazing, most nail salons in Webster (where I live) don’t do as good of nails as here or have as great of customer service also.
