I’ve been coming here since I was 13. Today was a disaster and it’s all because of the owner, Natalie and her rude staff. I called Thursday morning to make an appointment for a pedicure and dip manicure. Natalie, the owner, took the call and scheduled the appointment for Saturday (today) morning at 10a. I walk in and a lady said there’s no appointment for me. She checked with Natalie and said that Natalie said she did not make an appointment for me framing me to be a liar. I patiently waited and got my pedicure done by a gentlemen. I reminded him that I needed a dip manicure. He spoke to Natalie in Vietnamese who scowled. Then he begins to immediately remove my current dip and is rushing the process. He rudely said I’m not his appointment. I told him I have an appointment at 10a it’s not my fault there’s an error. He didn’t finish my nails and told me to go up front. After sitting for 30 minutes I asked the young lady how much longer I had to wait. I told her again that Natalie set the appointment for 10a. I shared that they have been very unprofessional and I was not happy with the treatment. Natalie finally opens her mouth to speak. She admitted that she remembers me calling and admitted that she set the appointment but did not write it down in her appointment books. Instead of apologizing and communicating that with her staff I was treated like an unwelcomed dog and left with a mediocre pedicure and waited an hour to get a dip. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. Clearly Natalie does not care about long term relationships. Such a shame! I recommend people to seek another salon for their services.

Good place! Very consistent on product services and pricing i have long acrylic nails gel polish coffin shape some places will charge $80!!! They do a good job and everyone that works there is super nice! Family owned!

(did not get gel nails because I don’t like what it does to my nails) went back to the salon on the following Tuesday – when I returned from the weekend wedding. Told them that I was extremely disappointed that most of my polish was off by then. Got a manicure with pink nail polish on a Thurs afternoon. Was going to a wedding on the Saturday and my nails had chips in the polish within 24 hours. (did not get gel nails because I don’t like what it does to my nails) went back to the salon on the following Tuesday – when I returned from the weekend wedding. Told them that I was extremely disappointed that most of my polish was off by then. Critical: Cleanliness, QualityAs soon as I walked in they were very unfriendly. The place is very filthy also. After choosing from a small selection of polish I got a pedicure. The polish was so old and thick and she kept layering it on. Then it was so thick that the topcoat was pulling the color right off of my toes. She refused to fix it and did not allow me to use the fan to dry them because of Covid. The polish is so thick and lumpy I have to take it off at home and re-polish. Cut the nail too short, tried to fix it with the powder acrylic, made it even worse. Did not put lotion at the end. Polish is uneven, acrylic nail is thick and tilted up. Would not recommend. She charged me 105$ For 2 pedicures and the acrylic gel manicure. He price board said different prices.
