Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI just moved to the area from Los Angeles and I have never had a salon experience that was this amazing. That’s saying something because LA is all about high end luxury. The difference is, Ny caters to the curly girls. Three things stood out: 1) Safety – even in the middle of a COVID surge I didn’t worry if I would be exposed because of all of the extra precautions they took (showing proof of vaccination, temperature check, constantly sanitizing everything and providing all clients with N95s); 2) The Experience- from the moment you walk in you are treated with total professionalism. And no matter what you want, they have it. They even feed you! And that’s on top of excellent hair care (see #3), hand massage, shoulder & neck massage, sensory therapy, and more! 3) After all of that, I figured the hair would probably be mediocre since something had to come in below my expectations. Right? Nope, I was wrong. My hair looks amazing! My color is shiny and rich, my cut is one of the best I’ve ever had, and my curls are popping. Everything was better than what I hoped for. Ny and her team are EXCELLENT and they are also lovely people that I enjoyed spending time with. I just moved to the area from Los Angeles and I have never had a salon experience that was this amazing. That’s saying something because LA is all about high end luxury. The difference is, Ny caters to the curly girls.
