Crystal treated this mug of mine with expert care and the other 2 ladies saw to my comfort and understanding the moment I set foot in the office. I just got the basic facial treatment, but it sure felt like a premium to me. As I said before Crystal knows her stuff: she explained the products being used, with the occasional small talk. Absolutely loved this place. They are all so friendly. I can’t say enough good things about April. She doesn’t try to sell you services that you don’t need and is so attentive to your needs. Apryl is simply the BEST!! She is so knowledgeable and her approach is so warm and comforting. I do not like needles and the procedure was relatively pain-free! She absolutely has a gentle touch! Maya at the front is also so sweet and provides the best customer service by making you feel so welcomed. I went in for lip filler, but the work required a lip dissolve and redo on lip filler. The redo took longer to schedule than anticipated because she needed to attend training. When I went in for the redo of lip filler, I was given lidocaine injections rather than a topical numbing treatment. While this numbing was being performed it was being recorded by staff, they said the recording is to add to Facebook, so people know this is an option, I’m guessing she meant the new numbing technique she was using.
