I was a very loyal and consistent customer here for 5 years until after my last massage my therapist said they would call me to set up my next one. I never received a call and then couldn’t get ahold of anyone for months. I had just purchased a package of massages. It’s been months and there has been no communication or explanation. I have gone by to see if I can talk to someone but the office has been closed. I’m so disappointed, they have hundreds of dollars of my money.

My wife bought a pack of massages from them in 2020 after they had reopened from the initial covid shutdowns and now they won’t answer the phone or response to messages to schedule her massages that we have paid hundreds of dollars for. This place needs to follow up with their customers.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI wished the rating could be ‘0’ stars. I scheduled a massage 2 weeks in advance. I’ve had chronic sacroiliac joint pain for months, when I made my appointment, I explained that. Showed up for my appointment and the place was closed. I left a message with my contact information explaining I showed up to my appointment and no one was there. Here it is 5 days later-no call back. Apparently, this is customary. I should have done my research before picking this place.I wished the rating could be ‘0’ stars. I scheduled a massage 2 weeks in advance. The massage was like any other massage and was good. However I made an appointment and when I went there they were closed. The sign on the door said “be back at 4:15. I arrived at 4:45. I waited until 5:10. They close at 6pm. I called and no answer. I was so mad because I drove to work that day just so could go to this appointment. I later got a call saying that my appointment had been canceled the day before. I told them I received no message or text or email. They were not concerned at all. However if you miss an appointment they will charge you 50 dollars. I felt like my time wasn’t appreciated. I am going to the rescheduled appointment because it was a gift and already paid for. However I would not recommend this business due to lack of communication. Also they never answer their phone or return calls to schedule new appointments I had to keep calling.

Critical: CommunicationI bought a Groupon in 2020 as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. When she called to make an appointment no one answers the phone. She did get ahold of them once in 2020 and they said they were closed due to Covid, which was understandable. It has been over a year and they still don’t answer and have the same message.

I’m hesitant to leave this but it has been weeks since I was told that I would be called back for a rescheduled appointment. This purchase was made via group on so I get that there may be delay but then was told that messages for therapy would be prioritized due to pandamic so I was patient. This was purchased as a gift so I could have a relaxing few days at my own schedule for my birthday. I then dislocated my arm and could not get an appointment with my regular doctor an so this became my only option for therapy. My physical ailments have been dealt with using simple methods I found on youtube as I could not get medical attention from my regular doctor and now this? I’m sure the experience may have been great but I assure you I will never find out due to a business who will happily take money from you but not make good on the deal. I’m right here waiting and you have my number. If you didn’t like reading this post and know someone that can fix this I would be happy to oblige a remedy. I only post the facts with my name on it so you know I will answer back. I don’t hide behind my reviews.

Went with a Groupon and know why I don’t normally go for massages… they’re incredibly addicting but not something I typically budget for. My masseuse did a fantastic job and I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a therapeutic massage, not just a fluffy spa day!

Can’t speak for the massage because I never succeeded in getting an appointment.. It’s true what some people say. I’ve called at least 30 times and left a voice mail and I can’t seem to get in touch with them. I was gifted 2 massages off of Groupon at Christmas last year and now we’re moving in a few days so they’re useless.

My first massage here due to being gifted a Groupon, sadly it was a poor experience. In order to get an appointment you have to play phone tag, no one answers the phone so you have to catch them when they return your voicemail the next day. The staff was friendly when I arrived for my appointment but the massage is where everything fell short. The therapist seemed to have little experience. She only massaged my shoulders and repeated the same movements over and over without massaging my entire back. She moved to my legs, only massaging half of my right leg without touching my calf or massaging my feet. When I turned over to my back she didn’t really massage my arms, more so rubbing lotion on them and lightly touching the tops of my hands. She ended with my neck but only repeating one motion, not really working anything out. I was clear at the beginning of my appointment that I wanted to address my lower back but it was not touched. Maybe they don’t massage well or put much effort for Groupon clients. It was not relaxing and I left feeling like knots or tightness was not touched, more so like someone applied a good application of lotion to parts of my body.

I purchased a 2 for 1 Groupon for this business about a month and a half ago. In this time, I called about 7 times and left several voicemails about trying to schedule a massage to no avail. Don’t waste your time with this business. If they wanted to be taken seriously, they would answer their phone or maybe hire a receptionist to handle their phone calls.
