NVS did my hair and makeup for my wedding, and they were incredible! I got so many compliments on my look, including “your hair is everything”. They did exactly what I asked for, despite my requests being pretty vague. All 3 stylists (Danielle, Christine, and Hayley) were on time and went right to work, and were incredibly friendly throughout the process. They did myself, my mom, my bridesmaids, and the sister of the groom, in 3 short hours. And everyone looked stunning! Highly recommend!!

I followed my stylist to NVS. It’s a smaller salon than I’m used to, but they offer a lot of services. Plus smaller is proving to be more relaxing. The staff is friendly, and I’ve never had an issue (or overheard one). I included pictures of my color today.

Last week I had a wedding to attend and I am just not good at styling my own hair. It’s very long and very heavy. I called NVS the day before and they were able to get me in with Sierra. Absolutely love her. She was very sweet. Great conversation. Made the the hr I was there fly by. Made me feel extremely comfortable. I asked for a casual updo. Showed her a picture or 2 of what I liked and she did an amazing job. My appointment was at 10am, the wedding wasn’t until 4pm. I was worried it wouldn’t hold all night due to the weight of my hair….BUT IT DID. I got numerous compliments on my hair that night. She sent me home with a few pins just in case it started to come lose or fall. 100% happy with the service.

Critical: QualityThis salon has lots of great reviews on here so I thought I’d give them a try. Apparently I didn’t get so lucky with my experience. I came in for just a haircut, no color or anything extensive. It felt like the girl doing my hair was rushing the entire time. I was shampooed, hair cut and dried in about 30 minutes. She spent less than 5 minutes quickly cutting my hair. I was left with one side of my hair being slightly longer than the other and longer pieces sticking out. I gave an extra star to this place for the girl who fixed my hair the next day. She spent more time fixing my hair than the original girl who cut it. This place is a serious joke. I went to get a SUBTLE balayage and was left with a brassy mess. I gave them a chance to fix it and these pictures are AFTER it was “fixed.” I called and asked to speak to the manager about the situation, I explained I was unhappy with my hair. She stated that because I had gone somewhere else (after they had already been given two chances) they would not be refunding my money….. YOU ARE JOKINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG?! She even turned it around on me and stated I should have requested another stylist, like isn’t that your job??? I gave them two opportunities to fix it and this was the result. If this place had been more accommodating and just accepted the fact that they could not give me the color I asked for and given me a refund (or at least store credit????) they would have saved themselves A LOT of bad reviews.

About a year ago i had a very bad experience at another salon and about 7-8 inches were cut off and my hair was on my neck and my layers were up to my ears. I was so scared to get a hair cut but i knew i had to even my hair out. I booked an appointment with Cierra and she sat there and listened to me and cut my hair in small amounts to make sure i liked it. I just came back today and she knew what to do immediately. Cierra actually listened to me and was so respectful and understanding. I definitely found my life long hair stylist and never going to anyone else but her! Definitely will forever recommend her to everyone i know.
