From Blow outs when my hair was longer to being encouraging and supportive when I cut my hair short and giving me tips about dealing with a thinning issue I was going through. She dosent just treat you like a client she treats you like family like you really matter to her. I always leave with a smile and not just looking my best but feeling than when I walked in.
