Critical: QualityI was so please on my first experience here I went back for a refill. The kind gestures wasn’t offered on my second appointment. I was not offer water or any beverages like my first appointment. Everything seemed rushed like she had somewhere to be in a hurry. I also wasn’t told I would be charged $20 more from what I thought I would spend. This left a sour taste in my mouth. It’s not even a week and one nail is lifting. My first set lasted 3 weeks. I’m not nail saavy so I don’t know what cost but I feel like she should have informed me that the price was going to be significantly higher before she started so I decided on what’s right for my budget. How would you feel if you got a refill that cost $56 and a nail is lifting not even a week later and the polish is peeling off? I was so please on my first experience here I went back for a refill. The kind gestures wasn’t offered on my second appointment. I was not offer water or any beverages like my first appointment.
