Critical: QualityEver walk away from a manicure with your fingers hurting? I have nicks/burns around my cuticles from the drill. It was hot & painful. I have great natural nails & cuticles so this is not normal. The job was just done messy with black all over my fingers. I should have just stopped her & left. I will never go back there again. Also I had to file them myself when we got to the hotel room because the corners were so sharp. Some of my cuticles bled & it’s been several hours later & my fingers are still in pain. Ever walk away from a manicure with your fingers hurting? I have nicks/burns around my cuticles from the drill. It was hot & painful. I have great natural nails & cuticles so this is not normal. The job was just done messy with black all over my fingers. I should have just stopped her & left. I will never go back there again. Also I had to file them myself when we got to the hotel room because the corners were so sharp. Some of my cuticles bled & it’s been several hours later & my fingers are still in pain. Critical: QualityWorst manicure I’ve ever had! The design of the lines was on point and I loved it however The issue I have is that the lady shaved my old Gel off with the machine and thinned out my nails super super super thin! When I thought she was going to start with my dip, she skipped right over to just putting Gel on my nails. And then drying them with the LED lights. She then charged me 65 dollars for this manicure (I just called this morning and for what I got I should’ve only paid 37 dollars so I got ripped off), but because I was leaving to Mexico the next day, I decided to just run with it! It’s only been a week and I’ve had my nails chip, lose their square shape, and I’m constantly filing them to even out the ridges. I’m also a local AND work on the landing where they’re located and they don’t have any discounts! Disappointing non the less!Service: ManicureWorst manicure I’ve ever had! The design of the lines was on point and I loved it however The issue I have is that the lady shaved my old Gel off with the machine and thinned out my nails super super super thin! Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have gone to NV nails for sometime with my mother, sister in law, and son. Yesterday my son and I went and got our nails done. I paid $65 for a fill one color, one glitter color, and matte. My sons were $60 and I was more than generous and gave her a $20 tip! Today one already broke. I walked in at 5:10 explained I just had them done yesterday and needed one fix. A couple minutes later I get told I have to wait 15 minutes— a lady walks in and says she needs a full set and gets right in and sits down, at this point I’m mad. I got up and said I am going somewhere else. They have officially lost my business. Not professional, to thin of dip which is why my nail broke. I have gone to NV nails for sometime with my mother, sister in law, and son. Yesterday my son and I went and got our nails done. I paid $65 for a fill one color, one glitter color, and matte. My sons were $60 and I was more than generous and gave her a $20 tip! Today one already broke. I walked in at 5:10 explained I just had them done yesterday and needed one fix.
