I was able to easily make a same day appointment online which I loved. I am always apprehensive to try a new nail place, but the quality of my regular place just isn’t what it used to be. Don was very detail oriented doing my nails and I received a complete service with massage and hot towel at the end. The salon is beautiful and I will definitely return next month for a new fun design.

I finally made an appointment at NV today for a pedicure and so glad I did. The place is beautifully kept and clean! The staff was extremely friendly and Kim did an excellent job on my pedicure and most importantly to me the polish job was perfect. The pedicure chairs are super comfy and nice. Poor communication with scheduling and very understaffed. They scheduled my appointment for the wrong day and when I came in they offered no other options so I went to Diva Nails which was a great experience. This was upsetting but glad it happened because I have found a great local nail salon I will keep returning to.

The nice thing was that it was easy to get an appointment. The experience itself wasn’t good at all: I had big concerns about the hygiene. With dip powders, it’s important to never dip straight into the jar, which the technician did. All unused powder should never be reused on another client to avoid any infections. That was not done either. Lastly, the price on their website was different than the price I was actually charged and I was not told about the difference ahead of time. Definitely not coming back
