My friend brought me here when I was visiting Virginia and look at the reviews. I really don’t like to go to a place that has below 4.5 star and this one has 4.2. But it’s OK I still gave it a little try. To my surprise they did really good on my pedicure and my manicure ( plus ge), for the low star they have they are so good. I told the nail tech what I want and she did it great. It was not exactly the same color as in the picture because they don’t have the color that I want but I see she still tried. They’re very friendly aswell.

Absolutely LOVE this place. All of the technicians are great but Nina is the best nail technician ever. I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my nails and Nina pays attention to every little detail and inspects every nail thoroughly each time. It’s really cute and clean. Was pretty quiet when my husband and I pretty much made a last minute walk in appt. They said yes we were there in 5 minutes! We were getting pedicures, usually we’re asked what kind, this time we weren’t. We saw the book and we asked for it and they gave it to us let us ponder and last minute they said we had to get regular pedicures because she had another appt after us. Can’t even been mad at her, she also felt so bad and she didn’t have to. It was totally us who did a walk in. The pedicure was amazing so I can’t imagine how the specialties are!

They do pretty good work with pedicures. My manicure was mediocre. Had a terrible experience with a face wax. I was burned and broke out with a rash.. It took a while for the establishment to rectify the situation, although I was refunded for part of the wax, I believe they should have refunded me for the entire wax. I have since gone back but would never trust them with waxing again.
