My mother and I came in to get our nails and toes done . Walked in there was one lady doing someone else another one waiting. Two workers we have been soaking our feet for 30 mins nothing else! It’s like a daycare in here kids running everywhere cartoons on tvs. We come to RELAX. Can’t … very ran down. We won’t be back and won’t be a tip.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWhen my friend and I arrived, we were the only customers that she had at the time. She started immediately on my pedicure and had my friend’s toes “soaking” in acetone. Two ladies arrived as walk-ins after us. She called her daughter in law to help. The daughter in law took both of the other ladies ahead of my friend. My friend waited over an hour with acetone on her feet. As for myself, she cut into my toes, making them bleed and leaving them extremely sore. The polish was smudged, and began to peel in two days. My friend asked her to just clean off the acetone and stop, and she refused, and contiued anyway. Oh my goodness, this lady was in a hurry and had the sander on full blast, I kept telling her that my nails are thin and that it was burning but she said she had to do it that way and was very rude. I had to tell her to keep taking them shorter because I work on a PC all day, she keep telling me to wait until she got done before I said anything – really? I asked her to make sure my nails beds were more exposed and she said they have to be balanced – what does that mean anyway?? All I know is my nails do not look good, BIG and square – which I did not want, that’s why I was trying to tell her what I wanted upfront. I just hope my nails are not damaged from the sander that she was running wide open. I won’t be back.
