Best nail salon in Western NC! I’ve been coming to this salon for over 5 years. After my second visit I was greeted by name which speaks volumes of the customer service. I’ve never had a bad experience! I’m always getting compliments on how well my nails look and I go once a month. This place is luxurious and well maintained. Shout out to my nail tech who not only keeps my nails looking good but also my eyebrows as well. How often do you fall asleep in the pedicure chair?!?! I do all the that! That’s how relaxing and welcoming the environment is.

Let me start off my saying this was the most traumatic nail experience I have EVER experienced. I went there yesterday to have my acrylics removed because I wanted them professionally removed. She started off by cutting them with nail clippers, which was fine. Then she got one of the acrylic nails out of her drawer and started shoving it under the nail and trying to separate it from my actual nail. She was jamming it so hard and never in my life have I been to a nail salon that removed acrylics like that! It was extremely painful and I told her that, but she just kept saying “I don’t want to hurt you” and kept jamming the acrylic nail under my nail. It was the most EXCRUCIATING pain ever and it feels like my real nail was ripped off one by one. Don’t come here for your acrylic nails to be removed unless you want a torture experience! Me being the quiet and shy person I am, I don’t like to complain but I asked if she could soak them in acetone or SOMETHING and she refused. I told her I could just remove the rest at home since she was struggling to remove some of them. She even detached part of my nail, which left me bleeding and now I have to wear multiple bandaids on my fingers and they are the thinnest and smallest nails I have ever had! Keep in mind, my nails were pretty long before this and by her ripping them off, it made them so short that it physically hurts to the touch. I was visibly sweating and shaking from the pain and my whole body ended up drenched. She made me pay $11 for that and I immediately walked out and cried in my car. Worst experience by far and I am upset because I used to love this place. Unfortunately I will NEVER be coming back and I will no longer recommend this place to anyone I know,

We went here for mani/pedi’s everyone was nice but it is way over priced for the service I received. Missed parts of my nails on both hands, had to switch stylists and felt bad so I tipped all 3 people that did our nails. Spend $193 for something I’m not happy with Gel manicures, Pedicure

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went here to get a manicure/pedicure a little over a week ago. The woman who did my pedicure was great. Very nice and did a good job. She’s the only good part of my experience. For my manicure, they sat me with a guy who was really rude from the minute I sat down. He kept huffing the entire time. I was just having my natural nails painted with gel in a single color, nothing fancy or difficult. He cut several of my cuticles pretty deep and blamed it on me. Toward the end, he told me he was hungover. He also referred to one of the guys there as a “p***y.” I had to fix the filing when I got home, and the paint is uneven all over the edges and 3 are already chipping off after a week. The service started off great. Ended very poorly. The guy was very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable with the things he talked about, including the fact that he went into the back to take some edibles 30 minutes prior and that’s why he was so drowsy. Several times I was hurt during my pedicure and said so. An hour after I got home my toe was hurting again. It was very red and swollen. The next day it was infected and I had to make a doctors appointment. Not to mention it took over 2 hours for my service. Will never go back and will never recommend.

The technician was very nice. But the color is not what I was looking for (last picture is what I showed her). She basically gave me a paper cut from over filing. To me it is just not worth what I paid. The leaves are done beautifully.
