Shawn is a very caring therapist. His hands are very large and he is sensitive to that (which I appreciated) He is indeed a nurturing massage therapist which in this time of stress in our country is a welcome hideaway. My only negative thought is his office is in the same office building as a dentist so the smells of a dental office permeated the air. That said I recommend his work!

I scheduled a massage with this person, and then wasn’t able to make it because the pain in my neck was too severe that day. I called and tried to get ahold of him but he didn’t answer my call. I called back again and left a message with my phone number and my email address and never ever got a response. This was from Groupon for my birthday. It has since expired and was never able to be used. I cannot comment on their ability to do the actual function of their job correctly. But I can comment on their ability to communicate and understand their clients needs. I lost out on this entirely because of their inability to communicate with me. And that hurt my feelings and left me in pain.
