Nurse Karen is awesome! Had my first microneedle session with her in September last year and then kept coming back for more. One year later, and my skin has improved immensely (had a bit of acne and sun damage). Nurse Karen is extremely knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable, thoroughly explains everything, and is just super cool and easy to talk to.
