I visited Nur today for some lip filler & botox. Both I’ve had experience with before. This was my first time at this office & I’m walking out super happy with my results. Shereen, my injector was super sweet & knowledgeable when it came to her recommendations for my face. She made me feel comfortable and talked me through everything she was doing. I did not feel rushed at all with Shereen as she took her time on each step. I love my Botox & filler and cannot wait to be back. Totally obsessed with my lips. Thank you Shereen

I got a laser hair removal from them, the service is overall ok. But it’s impossible to make an appointment when you use Groupon voucher. To use it, you must call them to use the voucher but they don’t usually pick up phone calls. Mostly it’ll be forwarded to voice mail. Also, if you don’t pick up their call one day before your appointment, at 7PM, they will automatically cancel your appointment without any notice.

I’m pretty disappointed with my experience here after seeing all the good reviews. I had a hydrafacial here and the whole process took less than 30 mins. I felt so rushed and my skin/pores were not cleaned completely. I had it done somewhere else and it usually takes at least an hour. I will not go back again.
