Critical: ProfessionalismAppointment was at a specific time and they double booked as another lady walked in immediately behind me also with an appointment for the same time but only one available staff member. The lady who arrived after me had a more expensive service and they started with her first. I can only assume because she is paying more. Here I am 20 minutes after my appointment and no one has started on my services. I’ve been coming here almost a year and usually have Tina work with me who does amazing. I get short staffing issues but do not overbook. It’s a waste of everyone’s time. Tempted to walk out. Appointment was at a specific time and they double booked as another lady walked in immediately behind me also with an appointment for the same time but only one available staff member. The lady who arrived after me had a more expensive service and they started with her first. I can only assume because she is paying more. Just moved here and tried other nail salons for pedicures for my less than wonderful runners nails. I found it today!! Andy was thorough, gentle and pleasant. Salon is very clean, is constantly being sanitized and not just the bowls. Relaxing decor. Value for money. Just what I require in a nail salon.

First call was a busy signal, so we found ourselves at Nuni Nails. Best pedicure experience I’ve ever had (but, then again you see my track record).

Got a full set. My nails are bulky and have a few bubbles and the ends are not polished. My nail was messed up and when I mentioned it the Lady said it was okay, and didn’t fix it. I have gotten a pedicure and regular manicure here before and they were both great.

I didn’t have to wait longer than 15 mins and my nails were shaped to perfection and the perfect size. I even wanted a jade marble look and the technician said he would work on it so I can get it the next time I come in . How nice is that ? Pretty sure I found my new nail salon! They are great !!! I went to this nail salon one Friday after work and I’m glad I did!! I didn’t have to wait longer than 15 mins and my nails were shaped to perfection and the perfect size. I even wanted a jade marble look and the technician said he would work on it so I can get it the next time I come in . How nice is that ? Pretty sure I found my new nail salon! They are great !!! Abousltly love my nails I just got them done last week by a diff salon and I did not like them at all. & i made an apt and told her what i didnt like and she helped me figure out we needed a nee full set, which means the final price was kinda expensive but worth it to get them done right and next yr time it wont be as bad tt ladies loved your place
