First I go in and ask for a nail service for my daughter. The girl who attends her seems to not understand anything or did not know how to do the design that my daughter asked for and she did what she wanted. If she showed him a photo of what she wanted because she said that she knew how to do it, I don’t understand. Second, they are disrespectful, they should take a course in professional ethics to work with clients. Third, another client enters who gave him an appointment at 5:00 and then they tell him that they cannot attend to him. What a relaxation this is. Seriously, if you have a business, do things seriously, do not try to scam people. You guys think this is worth $130.00 Please be real.

I was so very lucky enough to be treated to get my nails done bc i was having a rough night the day before , and immediately i was happy with my service before i even got to my appointment! setting up my appointment was easy , they remembered my name , and even remembered me once i got there. They’re racist and said ignorant comments regarding my hair which had nothing to do with the service I was getting. The manger has poor professionalism skills. When asked if she can correct the service that was provided to me, she gave me an attitude and told me I had to pay extra (after she messed up). I’ve been going to them for 4 years now. I guess the longer you go to them, the poorer the service gets and unprofessionalism.

3 WORDS… OMG! Great atmosphere! Great customer service! Great services offered! Mrs. Linda did me right. Went in on a Sunday for a pedicure. I was promptly greeted a told my bath would be ready momentarily. I asked to wash my hands and by time I came back. I was asked sit in this soft massage chair. Was offered a complementary beverage. And Linda went to town. I fell asleep twice and woke up to feet I would be glad to sport in flip flops. Thanks Mrs. Linda! 10 out of 5

The place is about an hour away from where I live but so worth the drive. I absolutely LOVE my nails! The I wish I would have asked the ladies name who did them to give credit, she was so sweet and did wonderful job with the nails! I’ll definitely go back and id recommend them to anyone!

The place is clean and the people are nice. I really enjoyed myself and will be coming back soon to get my nails done too. Its nice to find a place that offers all of the services I like in the same location, I just moved here and I used to have to go to one place for waxing services and another place for nails; not anymore! thanks ladies!!

I wanted a specific design as I told the lady that’s not what I wanted she then told me that I told her that’s what I wanted when I specifically told her I didn’t want any white on my nails just nude. Do you guys believe that this set was $130??? When she told me that price I expected it to be the exact design that I wanted. After we nicely told the owner the problem he proceeded to put his hands in my mothers face telling her to be quiet. And he also said that this is what I wanted when he wasn’t even near her when I explained what I wanted. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a salon, it was very hostile for no reason. They also canceled multiple peoples appointments because they were unorganized and only one lady knew how to do “design”.
