They took me with in 30 min of my call for an appt. . I liked that. They were all nice, the facility clean. My technician was very knowledgeable and friendly.The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is she was a little rough with the dremel and file. My skin around the nails and my nails are a tad bit sore.I plan to return.

Went twice and I hadn’t had my nails done in Years…. I mean in 13 or so years. So I was not sure what to get. Lady was getting aggravated when I would ask questions. Let me remind you I made an appointment and had told her about it being Years since getting them done and wasn’t sure what to get. Also my friend was with me and we both got our feet done ( getting the same package)and she was in the chair before me(like 15mins) and it took the lady 10 mins on mine again rushing(friend in chair after me for another 10-15mins). Then went back in 2 weeks to get a fill and waited an hour which again made an appointment. And the lady didn’t listen to what I wanted and was rushing bc of the time, took the nail off and charged me when I just wanted a fill. Won’t be going back.
