I visited the salon today to get my nails removed after breaking a nail. I had already cut them down and just needed to soak the remaining gel off. The nail tech who removed my nails was new and just started the day before. The nail tech who was next to me asked me if I had been here before and I told her “no”, and it was my first time. Well after the service was completed (poorly but done) and as I was about to pay, the nail tech who was next to me told me the total was $20. Now the board says $10 so you could imagine how shocked I was to learn the nail tech added an additional $10 fee just because “I’ve never been there before”….At that moment, I realized that was my first & LAST time

I visited this establishment with my wife yesterday to get her nails done, but to my surprise we had an amazing experience. The professionalism of the owner and the staff is top notch. Honestly, after reading all the reviews I was discouraged to even try them. Later, I found out that the business was sold to someone else 4 months ago. Now that’s makes sense. So anyone in Ruston area can try them now. You won’t be disappointed.

Critical: ProfessionalismFor starters my nails and feet look horrible. For the amount of money I paid they were not worth it secondly I went in to get a nail fixed (it broke off in one day) and a color change. The chart clearly says 8 dollars for a color change but I was told by the lady that the 8 dollar price was only for regular nails not acrylics therefore I paid 10 for a color change.I mentioned to her that if that’s the case then she should state that on the pricing. I then proceeded to give her the $10 dollars and when I asked about my 10 percent off (which I didnt receive the day before I came although the deal is Monday -Thursday) she mumbled something and had an attitude with me while continuing to paint my nails. I then asked her would she put the diamonds that I had on my finger back on and she said “yes for $5” but the day before I was only charged $3. Nails will pop off within 3-5 days and you constantly have to monitor your nails as they do them bc they will either come out crooked or uneven if u dont watch. Staff is rude and they dont even go by the prices on their menu..

She filed away the sides of some of my nails way too much and filed the tops of 2 fingers raw. Many of my fingers were stinging for hours. I got a gel manicure and the woman was very kind but the job was done WAY to fast. Every nail was messy with the polish either on my skin or not covering the whole nail. She filed away the sides of some of my nails way too much and filed the tops of 2 fingers raw. Many of my fingers were stinging for hours. The woman who did my toes did NOT know how to use ANY of her utensils. I’m not being rude or exaggerating. She filed my toe skin and not the toe nail, she ran the cuticle clippers along my cuticles and butchered my toe nail with them. Then the polish was done sooooooo. Sloppily. Like ♀️, I don’t even know. The end result looked like I had worn the polish for weeks and it was the beginning of the nail polish chipping. I got my set filled in and replaced one nail that was dangling by the glue which the technician ripped off… The new nail wasnt even fit before she put glue on so it doesn’t match whatsoever. She also made it much shorter than the others. The paint job not to mention isnt smooth either.
