The nails are decent. The shop itself is somewhat up to par with cleanliness, fairly good. It’s not too bad, though. Nothing to complain about. I didn’t get a pedicure, so I’m not sure how that is. But Peter was super friendly and really accommodating. So, for customer service, I’ll give it five stars!

Scheduled a spa pedicure – the water bath was cold, and I asked for it to be warmer, water was luke warm at best. She didnt trim my nails!!! You guys, a pedicure includes a nail trim?!?!?! No callus removal (pictures of bottom of my foot and pinky toe). She used a file once. No foot massage, no scrub, no buffing, no nail trim… she painted my nails, and that’s about it. Then, when I am paying, she is firmly grasping my $10 change expecting me to give it to her as a tip. Please, dont waste your time and money like I did. I was in and out in 40 mins, y’all. And they weren’t busy. I wont be back.

I went there a week ago and did not enjoy this. Granted I called to see if I could get squeezed in and was told that wouldn’t be a problem. First the shop was fairly clean until the bathroom which was gross. It was a simple acrylic fill and my nails are now jacked. The nail tech kept saying he was the best in town but was full of himself. Then spent 2.5 hours on a fill because he could not stop talking mostly about himself. Not only are my nails all uneven and lumpy but then he didnt even get them shaped correctly. Now a week later they are lifting horribly and the gel polish is chipped everywhere. After getting my nails done for 5 years, I have never had this bad of an experience.

Best place to get your nails and toes done. Mark, Peter and Mike are amazing. Definitely would recommend them. I’m here every two to three weeks to get my nails fresh.
