It’s been since Mother’s Day that I did my nails at this salon. The guy who did my nails was very impatient and wouldn’t listen to how I wanted my nails. He called the lady from time to time to confirm the price (which to be honest increased by at least 20% from style to style). It was my first time there and it will be my last. The nails broke after a month. He drilled them very hard and now my nails are not growing back.

I have been here multiple times and always been taken care of prior to having my baby. I gave nails a break to be able to handle my newborn better and i come back today to get my nails done by the owner(my favorite person there), and i walk out to grab cash for the tip, realize i hate them go pick up my daughter call them to ask if i can go back to get them fixed. I was told nobody in the business would touch my nails to fix them unless i paid an additional $30.00. On top of my $65.00 nails and having a newborn i use to come here and spend $45-50 and now am forced to never come back here due to the disrespect and ugly nails i have to try to rip off my nails.

Every place I would get my nails done at was ridiculously expensive, and my nails, that were gel, would fall off within a week. The job would always be messy, never clean, and I would always get hurt during the appointment. However, since started to work next to Number 1 Nails, I have heard how amazing they are, so I went to try it a few years ago. I make an appointment with Phoebe every time, and she is the sweetest and cutest nail tech. Her job is always fast, but yet very clean and very nice. I never know what to get for designs so I always tell her to just do whatever because I trust her, and it always comes out great. I decided to get my nails done when they reopened after COVID-19 and they are following all of the cleaning procedures and are making sure everyone is safe. I could never trade this nail place. Every place I would get my nails done at was ridiculously expensive, and my nails, that were gel, would fall off within a week. I got nails 2 weeks ago for the 1st time for a special occasion. They were beautiful. I returned to have them removed today and had a TERRIBLE experience. The nails were pried and forced off and it was very painful. I now know she should have soaked my nails in acetone first which, she didn’t do. My nails are in terrible shape now, broken, torn and paper-thin. I can see and feel a ridge of glue on each nail that wasn’t removed. I had to ask her to glue two loose, torn piece of nail down before putting on a clear coat?! She was going leave it like that! I will never go there again.
