Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give this place zero stars I would. So first, several years ago I came in with my kids when they were younger and after about 10 minutes they told me I needed to leave and to not come back with my kids! Ever since then I have refused to go to that place ! Well, I got to thinking and thought maybe they have changed. NO! They did not change. I went there a few months ago and my nails were so uneven from the length to the acrylic being uneven to the polish being all over my nails and fingers! They were so rough with me that I was scared to say anything because I didn’t want any controversy. So I thought maybe they had a bad day or something! So I went back today and low and behold they did the exact same thing. The guy did my nails he was rough and even got a new file to file and I don’t even think he filed my nails he just filed my skin the entire time! Everything is uneven and I even cried because I paid $30 for something I am now having fixed after waiting an hour just to sit in the chair for 15 minutes! I am completely disgusted with the way they treat people and their hands and feet! He rushed through it so quick! I will never return to this so called of a salon again no matter how desperate in need to get my nails done again! I’m horrified at the fact that they are even still in business! I should have waited for my normal nail tech because he does an amazing job everyone and he knows how I like my nails! I hope they close shop because they don’t deserve any money from customers when they let them leave with their nails looking like mine! So first, several years ago I came in with my kids when they were younger and after about 10 minutes they told me I needed to leave and to not come back with my kids! ZERO stars! Horrible experience. Not friendly at all & very rough. No air conditioning on an 86* day and I had to listen to people arguing on some court tv show the whole time The lady cut the loose nails from my fingers with cuticle trimmers instead of using the dremel. Then the man cut my cuticle with the dremel (only apologized after I told him he made me bleed, and then blamed me for it, said I moved too much & said I was sensitive) He polished 3 of my nails before he realized he was using air dry polish instead of the gel. Then while he was polishing them I noticed a small dark dot of something on one of my nails that didn’t belong there. I asked him what it was. At first he acted like he couldn’t see it, then he told me that was my fault as well because I move too much and it turned the polish. (Wth does that even mean?) then he sighed loudly, grabbed the cuticle trimmers and removed it. NEVER AGAIN!!

I will NEVER go back to this place ever again. All I got was my nails painted gel. I was a new customer and the guy was very rude and rough with me. He filed my nails down so thin and made my cuticles bleed. I pushed my hands back multiple times after telling him he was hurting me, but he would not listen. He had another woman finish painting my nails and she left nail polish all over my nails and the gel was uneven. This was the WORST manicure I’ve ever had. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!

I first went in and he was being extremely rough with my nails and tore up my cuticals i kept having to pull my hand away and when I did he would pull it back and went straight back to doing it! I went there today for the first time. I got acrylic french tips and i am extremely upset. I first went in and he was being extremely rough with my nails and tore up my cuticals i kept having to pull my hand away and when I did he would pull it back and went straight back to doing it!
