I went today and tried them out. I got a full set with deluxe pedicure. They only had 3 people working. 1 lady was doing nails and the other 2 were doing pedicures. Regardless of how busy they remained professional and courteous. I would definitely go back. Acrylic nails, Foot massages, Pedicure

These are the rudest people that I have EVER encountered. I have been going here on and off since I was a little girl with my mom and older sister. Both my mom and sister stopped going because of the lack of customer service skills and one of the workers calling my sister a BOY! I on the other hand continued to go when in town from college since it is few times. Today not only was my service terrible but they also proceeded to talk shii about me in their native language. When I expressed that I didn’t feel welcomed and no longer wanted to continue my service the “main lady” ANN proceeded to quite literally yell at me like I was wrong for how I was feeling. Personally I’m not spending my money anywhere I’m not treated with respect. Go to Pearl Nails!!!!!!

This was my first time here. Nails were professionally done. However the products that they use is very poor in quality. Within a week my natural nail starting stripping and tearing. Which had never happen before in 2 years doing gel nails. I went back to discuss a solution. I didn’t want a refund. I just for them to fix the problem as a courtesy. Maybe use another polish that is better. Instead she wanted me to pay the entire cost as though I had nothing done.. I thought this would have been my new place that I would have my manicure and pedicure done from now on, because it was closer. Not anymore. I’ll drive to Loganville to my previous nail salon where I’ve not had any issues.

They are ok one lady doesn’t verify how long you want your nails before she cuts it as low as she can and asks if it’s ok. I tipped but I will not go back. The other lady who spoke better English was way more attentive to my needs and I appreciate her.

Totally enjoy! ive been going to them for years and they always have that family vibe, with humor and professionalism. My nail results are typically ALWAYS ON point. I would def recommend. Go early, alot of people love them and can get busy, xo and sweet luck!

My nails were done by Anne. She also did my cousins nails. She did not remove the powder that hardened under my nail which snagged everything including my hair. My cousins nails boasted French tips which Anne tried to paint on herself and didn’t do a very good job my cousin complained but the lines were very off. The time we spent in the nail salon was also ridiculous. Only 3 ladies were there when we arrived….we were there for 5+ ….
