Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI came in December 11th and said I wanted a pedicure and just gel polish on my natural nails. When sitting at the pedicure chair there was no plastic lining in the bowl the water dispenser was filthy with caked on dirt. The older lady who did my gel pedicure was AMAZING. However my nails are NOT AT ALL what I wanted. I was pressured into getting tips and dip powder when I told the lady that I wanted to keep my natural nails plain and simple maybe an overlay. She proceeded to tell me that I need a tip because it’ll make the nail stronger then starts to use the dip/acrylic/gel or whatever it’s called. It was not what I asked for I didn’t want tips. I just wanted my natural short nails painted with gel polish the same as my toes.I completely feel duped because they charged me $50 for something I never asked for and they look dull and choppy and child like and now I’m stuck with acrylics/tips when I hate the feeling on my nails. I was rushed out so quickly that I didn’t feel comfortable saying anything to anyone in there. I got my nails done for my bday and this just isnt it. I honestly wish I didn’t get my nails done. I understand everyone else getting their nails done was getting the same thing but this is not what I wanted at all. Plus the service was definitely not worth the $100 I was charged. Update this picture is from December 21- my nails have chipped on two different nails I have to file them down as to not cause damage and to keep the esthetic. I came in December 11th and said I wanted a pedicure and just gel polish on my natural nails. When sitting at the pedicure chair there was no plastic lining in the bowl the water dispenser was filthy with caked on dirt. The older lady who did my gel pedicure was AMAZING.
