5/5. I’ve only been to this place twice, but it has been such a great experience both times. Throughout your entire service, you are asked if the work is up to your standards in such a polite way that makes you feel comfortable to voice your opinion. Though I have yet to have a complaint (because the work is seriously that good). I haven’t been to a nail salon where I left happy and loving my nails in SO LONG! This is definitely my new spot

My experience here was even worse the second time. When I came to get my nail fixed after the owner reached out and replied to my review the lady with the grey hair scolded at me that I should not leave that sort of review. She exclaimed that did not matter that my nail broke unless it fully broke off but it did matter. The application was so badly done that it had broke only an hour after. It had everything to do with her services. I have only been laughed at for this set of nails, it is fragile & a TERRIBLY applied. I explained it was my honest experience and that there was no way around it. I felt like I was in the principals office in trouble by this lady. The experience was horrendous, “Dave” is a name I caught on to also snapped at me to get out of the way because he “didn’t need me standing there” there are no pure intentions in this business although the people doing the pedicures seemed nice. After waiting approximately 30 minutes I ended up leaving because the humiliation I felt was too unbearable to sit through. I will not be coming back unless there were to be someone that is NOT the lady or manager to fix my full set, until then I will not be deleting either of my reviews, people need to know. I am a very disappointed costumer. I would love to speak to the owner and if they can fix my issue I will more than gladly delete my reviews. I will not return to this location in my life! 🙂

Honestly didn’t have a fun time. I don’t think I’ll ever go back here for nails they look terrible and nothing like I wanted because the girl was on a phone call the entire time by the time she asked what I wanted she said she couldn’t do it because I should have said something from the beginning she got snippy and I replied well you were on the phone the whole time. It was rude and disrespectful and seemed like she didn’t care about customers at all. It was a waste of 81$ this was due worst experience at a nail salon. Wish I didn’t pay for that service it was the worst part of My day. I honestly just want a refund so I can get them fixed at my old spot they are thicker than anything I’ve ever had she didn’t even wash her hands before working with me

I came in to get 1 nail fixed and a fill on my acrylics and it was terrible. The woman doing my nails was on her cell phone the entire time while also playing a mobile game on her phone. My nails are uneven and the acrylic is THICK. On the nail she fixed she dug the dremel tool into my nail and now it is sore. She also used the wrong size nail tip and makes my nail look really wide compared to my other nails. Gel polish opacity differs from nail to nail. Very inconsistent and very dissatisfied with my nails.

Worst service ever. Went for a fill today and not only did they forget about my friends pedicure and had 4 other ppl go before her even tho 2 didn’t have an apt and we were there for 3hrs waiting for her turn. the girl that was doing my fill was on her phone the whole time , she was going back and forth from her phone to doing my nails. Pretty sure she spent more time on her phone than the actual service and the nails came out so thick and sloppy. I asked her if she could fix them but they only looked worse. My friend had been waiting so long for her pedicure and 3 more people had arrived that didn’t have an apt and they put them in front of my friend so we ended up leaving. Never coming here again and making sure no one else has to go through the same by leaving this review. I hope they fix this problem and be alittle more professional because I felt like We were not a priority to them at all and clearly the woman had no respect for me while being on her phone and doing my nails. Also so unsanitary not cleaning up the station after she was done with the previous client. What happened to this place? Was it because we were the only women of color there? I’d like to think that wasn’t the case.

I was not impressed. The lady was rude and almost made me feel like a nuisance. She made a couple phone calls and texted about a dozen times while i was in her chair. No personality, no customer service skills, and not very clean either. I also wasn’t extremely happy with my nails… when the guy told me $65 I was appalled!!!!! Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Not clean, I watch the technician grab the same dirty pedicure tools without cleaning them first and was going to use them on me! Absolutely disgusting I gave her a chance to clean them when I mentioned it she did not. I spoke to the manager who clearly did not understand me. I highly recommend not receiving services until they learn safe practices to prevent the spread of fungus and disease.
