My daughter treated me to a full pedicure and manicure and she got acrylic nails and a waxing. The owner brags about himself to everyone saying “I’m good, huh?” They take walk-ins and appointments. It doesn’t matter that we had an appointment, they took care of walk-ins at the same time. They would get everyone started and then leave them sit for at least 30 minutes. I was left soaking my feet for 30 minutes while they started on some walk-ins. Never returned

Total rip-off!! Didn’t get what I asked for. Waited for over an hour after my feet soaked before they started. No massage, skipped most of the treatment and was over charged. Nails look awful and polish on my skin more than my nails. Save your $$$ and go somewhere else or DIY Pedicure

Came in to do a gel mani, they told me it’s better to put a layer of acrylic underneath to make the nails stronger.. the nails came out so thick and uneven, with nail polish all around.. seriously looked like a 3 year old did it. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was the WORST experience I have EVER had getting my nails done. The guy was really rude and disrespectful. He nicked me twice and made me bleed. This was the WORST experience I have EVER had getting my nails done. The guy was really rude and disrespectful. He nicked me twice and made me bleed. Was so rude about telling me to relax. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! they do great nails. Have been going for a couple of years. I drive from Cambria to go there. The Gel nails last a long time. They are friendly and nice. I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done. No other nail salon will do better.

I purchased a 150$ gift certificate for Christmas from here, they were friendly when I spent the money, but when my wife went in to get her nails done, she was overcharged, they put on acrylic nails instead of gel nails but insisted that they were gels. The guy doing nails actually slapped her hand as if she were a child not listening because she was asking questions about the procedure. She went back to get them filled in when the grew out and they did a very poor job and charged her 50$ for a fill. She now goes to the place by Wal-Mart who says that No. 1 Nails is a scam. Rated 5 stars….I give then 2

I went there on December 31st, 2018. Only a couple days ago, and the experience was horrible. One of the employers yelled at me to stay still and dug into my skin with the nail file and hurt my hands. All my acrylics were crooked and different lengths and just looked horrible. After they finished painting them and put my hand in the fan to dry, I left and as soon as I went outside in cold weather they shriveled and I had to go home and re do everything myself and looks better than they did it. Worst experience as a nail place. I paid 45 dollars for something I had to fix myself.

I spent $50 on the hands and feet treatment, but said no polish on fingernails. When I asked for French manicure on toes the male owner said it would be $5 extra. I inquired as to why, when he wasn’t painting my fingernails. It should be even. He raises his voice and gets angry, says I am trying to cheat him. Now, I am never going back there again.
