This nail shop is my favorite place to go. Andy and his team have been doing my nails since I was 17…. I’m 32 now. Due to my type of work I wasn’t able to have acrylics or gel polish for nearly 9 years…. I returned just recently and Andy greeted me by name!!!! I could not believe it. I appreciate their customer service more than anything. I give customer service every day at work and appreciate when someone provides my standard of service. I went on a Thursday evening for a 5pm appointment and I was seen with no delay. Thank you #1 Nails Team.

I would not recommend it if I’m being honest , they couldn’t even do a basic black French tip .. they said it was too hard. I asked for coffin and they left it more like an almond shape. I wanted them long but she was basically tell me no it will break.. idk personally I wouldn’t go back .I did like their pedicure tho . Manicure

asked for black and gold coffin nails. Came out to look like squares! You could see the brush strokes difference. Nails were in even and thick. Asked for my money back and they refused to give it back. But Thank you Kim for making them look somewhat better. She choose the colors which I didn’t like but I just wanted to get it over it. Will NEVER GO BACK!

My nails were not done right. When I got home I noticed the borders were uneven. Also, the gel polish peeled within a week. I don’t like the fact that they don’t take Bank cards. They only want cash. That is UnAnerican. They don’t claim all of their earnings to the IRS.
